Your Passport to Health: (effective 3/1/2022)
Program Rules
Participant must pay for and receive one service from each of the following providers:
- Anna Giedd-Massage, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Coaching, or $30 Shaklee purchase
- Stefanie Pusateri-Massage, Body Reading
- Ed or Kyle – Massage, Fire Cupping Massage
- JT Taylor-Aromatherapy consultation or $30 product purchase
- Sandy Schley-Zelm-30-minute Chi Machine or Biomat treatment
- Tonya Payne-Yoga Class
Each provider will stamp and initial the Passport upon completion of the service. Upon completion of Passport with all 6 services, participant will receive one service from the provider of their choice, at no charge. Nurturing Nature Massage will store the Passport for the client.
Entire Passport must be completed within 6 months of authorization date.
Passport is non-transferable, and Passports may not be combined with other Passports to receive the free service. Limit 1 Passport per person per 6-month period.
Passport is not valid with any other offer or special. Must present completed Passport at time of free service. Only one Passport may be redeemed at one time.
Passport is NOT a gift card or certificate and may not be redeemed for a gift card or certificate. Passport cannot be redeemed for cash. Passport program may be modified at the sole discretion of Nurturing Nature Massage. Passport program may be discontinued with 60 days’ notice.
